At Roselee’s Natural Hair Care, we strive to provide exceptional service and a professional environment at all times. To that end, please keep the following policies in mind:
Consultations are required for all hair services. This is to ensure that the outcome of your service meets your expectations, and to share information that is vital to the stylist-client relationship. Consultations are $40, for no more than 1 hour, and the cost of the consultation is applied to the cost of your service.
(This applies to every consultation except for the Organic Hair Color Consultation.)
For your convenience, we offer online booking. Appointment reminders are sent by email or text according to your selection on the online booking system. It is your responsibility to inform your stylist at least 24 hours in advance, when you are unable to make your appointment, or need to reschedule. If cancellations are made with less than 24 hours notice, a $40 fee will be charged to the client. Same day cancellations will result in client paying the full cost of service. Payment will be due at time of cancellation.
All payments are due at the time of service. We accept cash or card only. No checks please. For your convenience, you can pre-pay for your service ahead of time over the phone or through our online booking system. For services booked over two days, payment is due at the end of the first day.
A deposit is required to confirm any appointment for any service lasting 6 hours or more. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to the appointment date in order to receive a refund or to apply the deposit to a different day. Cancellations made with less than 5 days notice are non-refundable.
Enjoy a $25 credit on your next service when you refer new clients to RNHC. Credit will be issued after the new client’s service.
Due to space restrictions, no children will be allowed in the salon unless they are being serviced. Please make the appropriate arrangements for your children on your appointment days.
